Here at Bradshaw Animal Shelter today (Sac County shelter). Good unique food for a good price and good cause. 10% goes to the shelter today. Great food, great service, and highly rated apparently, says one of the best trucks in the nation. They're stationed at McClellan Air Force base for future reference. The Hemi seen below has sweet pulled pork, Mac and cheese, onions if you want, and I believe cheddar cheese on buttered sourdough. It tastes exactly as described which is awesome.

Totchos are super enjoyable. We were at the KNCI Country in the Park (CITP) 2024 music festival at CalExpo and were getting hungry again around 8:00 pm. Early in the day we saw some people "wolfing" down a totcho. So we decided to try one - with steak. Yikes, $20 plus tip for one order. Food truck pricing and inflation. It was worth it. We would buy it again. We shared the one totcho.

They were at the Coastal Country Jam omg omg, I wish they had one in San Diego. I love a good tri tip. The Totchos is a must, perfectly crispy and flavored topped with pulled pork or tri tip. We opted for the Tri tip and were glad we did. The Tri tip was just as good but harder to eat without getting all over you. Friendly service! Always a long line so you know it's good !

Fantastic food truck. Fast service. Delicious food. The food tasted great and nice portion size. Make sure you get napkins, as the goodness drips from the bun. #spiceneister approved!

I'm a few days late on this review, met these guys this last weekend at a local Sports Card and autograph event. I was excited to hear they would be there as I'd been wanting to try them for years now. Limited menu but still got a sample of what they have to offer. Ordered their pulled pork sandwich (to share, which was a faulty idea). I ate my half and wanted more, so grabbed a hotdog. The pork sandwich was yummy, I had it open faced because the brioche bun was pretty ...significant. The hot dog was just as advertised. I think the icing on the cake was meeting the owner. Friendly owner? I'm here for it! Kudos on the biz.
